All about $ for these guys

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
These guys loved to drain money from their customers. For example, their washable filter is around $80 while AquaTex charged just $35 for the same exact filter. After one year, $175 per service call, etc. Stay away from them and go with AquaTex if you wanna the same type of system

Berated

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
i was just berated by there management because i questioned what they did with credit card information the 1st time i gave it to them. they show up at my door two weeks later and say they need payment. when i told them they already took my CC information they proceeded to then start with the innuendos. i said i would need to see my CC statement this month before paying again (i had no internet at home due to the fact we had literally just moved in to a new home). the manager called me an *** and said he was going tro put a lien on my home - all because i questioned why they would take my CC information if they weren't going to run it!

Infinity Water Residential System Review from Pearland, Texas

I made the biggest mistake by going with infinity water. Their customer service really sucks. They don't honor anything the sales person spouted when convincing me they were the best. My system has been leaking for 3months now and they have done nothing to correct the issues. When I call in the girl is so rude and no one is calling me back. If I had a chance to go back and change my mind they are the last company on earth I would go with. I had a young man from one of their competitors say you get what you pay for. At the time I felt he was *** but now find it is very true. If you want cheap with zero service without charging you an arm and leg then by all means go with infinity. At this point I would never refer them to anybody.

My *** experience with Infinity Water Systems - I strongly urge that you read this before you hire, It could save you a lot of trouble

My case is also very similar to yours. This is one of worst companies I ever dealt with. They installed outside my home in the yard without any cover or protection. Whenever it rains since it was not installed properly rain water goes into the system and it dissolves all the salt in the brine tank. So its never working properly. Inspite of having a water softener system all we get all the time is hard water. Not only that the installed the osmosis water system under the sink. They did such *** work with the installation that the water is always leaking from the system. When I called them and explained very patiently that something was wrong with the way they installed the system. The lady I spoke was extremely rude and to correct their mistake they said I have to pay extra for the service. Not only when I said that that is not fair and they should have a better customer service practices. She not only yelled at me but also she used cuss words. So when I called the owner and complained about the service they are providing, he not only yelled at me but also used extremely offensive words. I was so shocked. This was the experience I faced while dealing with a company. If I had a chance to redo it I would stay miles away from them. I strongly recommend you to stay away from infinity water systems. They are the worst and have really *** business practices.

Infinity Water - Water Leak Review from Atlanta, Georgia

Joe knocked on my door and told me he was cheaper and better than everybody else. He was cheaper but ruined my cabinets due to a water leak they caused. He wouldn't fix the cabinets so meritage homes had to come fix his problem. He is a scam artist.

I know right. Mine has been leaking for 3 months with zero response from them.

The girl in customer service is so rude.

They haven't stood behind anything I was told at time of sales. If I had my time to go over I would have never let them in my front door much less bought anything from them.

Infinity Water dug up the wrong yard to install their system.

Infinity Water dug up our yard in error. The employee left our property without making good the damage or leaving a card to indicate he was responsible. My husband drove around and found the employee in the neighborhood installing a water filter at another home. He admitted he had caused the damage. It took several days and multiple telephone calls for the company to repair the damage. Simply, this company lacks integrity and professionalism. They were given a chance to repair the damage in a timely and professional manner, but this does not appear to be the way they do business. Suffice to say when they eventually turned up to do the repair, they arrived with no tools. One young lad was on the ground scooping up the mess with his hands while his colleague went off to to A DIY store to purchase tools and materials to do the job. Think twice before you contract with this company to do business.

Installer badly damaged brand new wood floors

Infinity Water - Installer badly damaged brand new wood floors
Infinity Water - Installer badly damaged brand new wood floors - Image 2
First the installers came without a part, so they had to get the work done to an extent and then leave and come back another day. The installers pulled the fridge out to install the RO water line and badly damaged our brand new wood floors in our brand new home. It took about 25 phone calls to have the sales guy bring the wood repair friend of his to repair the floor. When he realized that his buddy cannot do it for free because the wood actually needs to be replaced and not refinished, he threw a hissy fit and walked out. His attitude is that he is "helping" me out by trying to repair the floor that THEY damaged. THIS IS WRONG.

Three months to repair water softener

Infinity Water (previously Rayne Systems, I believe) installed a water softening system at our residence in May of 2010. It is a GE Advantapure system (model 269) which I paid almost $2,500 for. The unit is entirely outside, not under any shelter/cover. Several months after the installation, the control board malfunctioned and stopped working. They sent several characters to our house to repair it and after the THIRD person showed up, tested my water and exclaimed "You have hard water!", I was pissed. It was probably about 3 weeks to one month after my initial call. I talked to the owner who told me (in no friendly terms) that they did not have the part and would have to order it. Every time these people order something it is at least one week to wait and probably more until the person shows up to fix/install it. They never called or showed up. Finally, one of the technicians (a different one) showed up to replace our reverse osmosis filters (not part of the water softener). He checked the unit and discovered the control panel was "burned out" and had a spare in his truck. He replaced it and it started working again). This part is under lifetime GE warranty by the way. He said it was damaged by the weather so I asked if GE made a cover for it. He said "no". Less than one year later, we noticed the water was hard again. When the same technician returned to replace the RO filters again, he tested the water and confirmed it was hard. He then went to the unit and said the control board was burned out again. He said he would need to order another. He showed up three more times over the next 2 months with 5 different boards that were defective. I was told I cannot order the board myself and cannot have ANYONE ElSE in the Houston TX area service it!! This was confirmed by several companies that I talked to. In the third month after hounding them several more times, the technician came to my house with a board he said worked. But...it started raining while he was fixing it so he had to leave and said he can come back in 5 days to get it working. By the way, the GE manual says they sell a cover for the unit if it is stored outside. My only options are to rely on the extremely *** service or have someone competely remove the old equipment and replace it with a brand that they can service!! Unbelievable! GE parts too!! I have a $3,000 POS in my yard that I would really like to see removed and sent into orbit at this point. I want others to stay as far away from this company as possible. Please don't fall into the trap that I did.

We got scammed by Avantapure water systems sales people in Harker Heights, TX. They sold us a GE product, and while it works ok so far, the premise behind the sale was just scare tactics.

We have had a problem with our RO system and the filters going bad after not even 6 months (they were supposed to last a year) and we were told not to replace them ourselves as it voids the warranty, but it was a comoplete lie, as was the warranty.

It was our fault for not looking into this a bit more, but for anyone out there in Central Texas, be aware Avantapure water systems is a scam and they will leave you dry.
